At Noggin Boss, we want you to be fully satisfied with your oversized headwear. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items securely in their original packaging to ensure the hat's structure is protected during transit and attach the shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
